I’m one of those people that eats for pleasure as much as to survive. That is why I am not a vegetarian. Because not eating meat just doesn’t sound very fun.
But that doesn’t mean I hate vegetarians. To each his own. All is fair in food and drink. As proof of my indifference toward those who enjoy a meatless existence, I have cooked (and enjoyed!) a vegetarian dish. Tip: Don’t skimp on the sour cream!
